It again looks like we won't have a white Christmas. Today it was 5C which felt quite warm after the past days of frost and snow.
We've had lots of rain here the past few weeks....This was from a few days ago!

One of the newest Yeti bikes: the Yeti SB5.5c.
An aggressive 29" bike with 160mm / 140mm of travel.
And i can tell you.. it rides so damn good! Never ridden a bike like that!
The matte silver is such a great color too!
Also the Yeti Test Day at Halde Hoppenbruch was awesome!
Very muddy and some rain showers.. but the bikes performed great and almost everyone came back with a huge smile :-)

I am also to be found on Facebook and Twitter.
This is the colour version of my rather unimaginatively named shot '-5C', which you can find below...

I recently won two awards for this shot from Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire Wildlife Trust (otherwise known as BBOWT) and Panasonic UK.
Though the winning shot was in monochrome (and to my personal preference), I thought I'd put up the colour version as it has a completely different feel to the former.
A FED-5C I've recently bought for about $10 as a parts camera. From overhead this model looks pretty impressive with its metering controls and alternating black and chrome theme. And the Industar-61 with one lanthanum element was actually very good. Too bad that quality control in the late years of the Soviet Union (late 80's and early 90's) was more or less non-existent, and the shutter curtains for example in these cameras were so poorly rubber-coated that they used to leak light. And the Albada finder design with its reflected frameline was so poorly designed, that it was hard to see clearly. A shame because this model was in fact the more or less the only one with a frameline in those days, in the Soviet Union.

I'm stampolina and I love to take photos of stamps. Thanks for visiting this pages on flickr.
I'm neither a typical collector of stamps, nor a stamp dealer. I'm only a stamp photograph. I'm fascinated of the fine close-up structures which are hidden in this small stamp-pictures. Please don't ask of the worth of these stamps - the most ones have a worth of a few cents or still less.
By the way, I wanna say thank you to all flickr users who have sent me stamps! Great! Thank you! Someone sent me 3 or 5 stamps, another one sent me more than 20 stamps in a letter. It's everytime a great surprise for me and I'm everytime happy to get letters with stamps inside from you!
thx, stampolina
For the case you wanna send also stamps - it is possible. (...I'm pretty sure you'll see these stamps on this photostream on flickr :) thx!

Scrapper is the team's droid helper. He was built out of various discarded droid parts by Kara Te to serve as her lab assistant. He has the torso of an astromech, the head of a Pit droid, the right leg of GONK droid, the left leg of a cyborg Sith, the right arm of a protocol droid, and the left arm of a battle droid, along with some extra arms with tools on his back. But don't let his size and arsenal of sharp, pointy tools intimidate you. Under all that rough scrap metal, he has a big, mild-mannered heart and he will do anything to help his friends. Scrapper is Vigo's best friend and the two are often seen together. Unfortunately, having only been built recently, Scrapper is a bit naive and often gets roped into Vig's mischief. He uses his tools to tear apart wreckage during scavenge missions and to fix their ship.
