In a time when we are constantly capturing images of ourselves, we wanted to create a project which spoke to the future of portraiture, the idea that our uniqueness is only possible to capture within our DNA, our biology. These portraits may represent the only way in which we can say who we really are in images, in a time when facial recognition technology captures everything about us that is externally visible.
