Random Photos of the 57 at the beginning of 2012. Maybe this will be the year it gets on the road. There is still so much to do. I hope this winter I can get many of the boring things out of the way and this spring focus on getting it painted. My winter projects have been the wiring, fuel and brake lines.
Waiting for my boyfriend to finsih work and it started raining. So welcome after such a hot summer. And it is World Water Week after all.
We have a cooking apple tree in the garden. Last year it didn't produce very many at all but this year we have lots growing.

As I exited a building in Roxboro, NC, I was confronted by this gorgeous '57 Chevrolet Bel Air illuminated by the rays of a setting sun. Thank you, Rueben Moore, for allowing me access to this wonderful vehicle!
As in keeping with my approach to most subjects, I concentrated on capturing the essence of what makes this car so special. To do this, I concentrated on key pieces of the vehicle's exterior and exterior.
