Die Dresdener S-Bahn ist auch weiterhin eine sichere Bank für Loks aus dem Hause LEW. Neben den Verstärkern auf der Linie S1 zwischen Meißen und Pirna sowie dem Gesamtverkehr auf der Flughafen-S-Bahn-Linie 2 finden sich die Ladys auch auf der reizvollen Strecke entlang der Weißeritz und die Tharandter Rampe hinauf auf die Höhen des Osterzgebriges nach Freiberg.
Am Morgen des 22.07.2020 ist die erst im Dezember von der Mosel an die Elbe gewechselte Dresdener 143 568 mit ihren zwei Wagen am Dresdener Felsenkeller unterwegs und wird in wenigen Minuten Dresden-Plauen erreichen.
