Denver & Rio Grande Western's first SD40T-2 heads Eastbound at Rocky siding, which is just West of Denver on the Moffat Tunnel line in June of 1991.
The 5341 is leading a trio of tunnel motors on the point of a loaded coal train.

Coming back from William O' Brien State Park, I made sure my route passed the the parking spot for the CN on the Minneapolis Subdivision east of Withrow where Carnelian Junction was once a notable spot on the Soo Line/Wisconsin Central. I was delighted to see this striped gem on the day's train. I approve.
