2 image HDR/DRI (f/7.1 30s for myself, f/13 120s for the water) using Haida 10 stop ND filter for smoothed water effects + GND 0.6 hard for higher tonality of the skies + GND 0.6 soft inverted to control foreground tonality. Changi Coastal Walk, Singapore.
Sunrise was abysmal, and the tide was unusually high. Rather than wasting the morning and travelling time especially after a quick 2.8km jog, I took the opportunity to play around with the scenery. I'm not sure why I posed like that, (I know, my running shorts are a little revealing and my legs are (unintentionally) bit sexy when I sit like that. :p) but I must say, I felt relaxed every time when I'm there - Or, I'm probably just tired. Anyway what I'm trying to say in this shot is, now that I'm free and enjoying the school holidays as much as I can, I just want to say, I'm pretty laid back in my time and doing what I love to do most. :)
No anxieties, worries or troubles, it's the current state of self.
Heading into the home stretch on part 1 of my Ridiculously Awesome Summer, I once again find myself traveling Logan County route 5 and this decommissioned stretch of OH-533.
B32-8 #533 and SD40-2 #6157 shove their train through the crossovers at East Point and into Industry Yard. CSX's A&WP Sub is seen splitting off from the ex CofG and MARTA on the left.
When I was younger the Metrobus provided regular haulage on the Northwood Park 532 and 533 circular routes but gradually the newer double deckers began to take over. It was therefore quite a surprise to find a Metrobus on duty as I made my way home after my April 2008 Codsall and Claregate outing, so I decided to make the most of this rare treat by sneaking a photo at Northwood Park terminus.

In 2021 rijdt de tram in het Nederlands Openluchtmuseum te Arnhem alweer 25 jaar. Om dit luister bij te zetten verzorgde de NVBS een dagexcursie met als speciale gast de GVB 533. De GVB 533 wacht bij de halte Entree op vertrek voor een rondje over het terrein van het Openluchtmuseum. Arnhem, 24 juli 2021
In 2021 the tram in the Dutch Open Air Museum in Arnhem will be 25 years old. To add luster to this the NVBS organized a day trip with the GVB 533 as a special guest. The GVB 533 is waiting at the Entree stop for a tour of the Open Air Museum site. Arnhem, the 24th of July 2021

This would likely have been in the mid 70's. 4501 is a 1911 Baldwin Locomotive works graduate with a serial number of 37085. It is a 2-8-2 wheel arrangement making it a Mikado style locomotive. It is a Southern Ms class locomotive and was the first of it's class for Southern. It is currently owned and under restoration by the Tennesse Valley Railroad Museum. With 4501 having passed it's boiler test, looks like it will appear again.
