Made with Climates of Tamriel in mind, as well as using ELFX.
Dramatic butts supported too.
Using custom color palette and SweetFX (in-game brightess settings are lowest possible).
Settings:
DPX, Vibrance, Dither and Letterboxing
Heavy lifting done by ENB settings, using custom Bloom files (edited from Kyo's bloom preset) and prepass settings (edited Midhrastic prepass).
Subsurface scattering settings for NPCs, vegetation and statics.
Water settings with RWT (with ENB parallax texture).
Also with Project Parallax for ENB.
HDR like adaptation.
Soft particle and reflection settings.
AO & IL scales >1 (1.483239697419133 and 2.82842712474619).
Demonstrating the latest settings and capabilities of the ENB. Still unreleased, but a beta version (with these settings) can be dl'd here (lite version with just the minimal files, no alt presets and files provided yet):

I saw her with a friend in the midst of the swirling crowd as people gathered in Toronto’s Allan Gardens Park to begin the Dyke March. The annual march to support human rights is part of Pride Week which is coming to a conclusion this weekend. The Pride events are even more festive than usual this year because Toronto is hosting World Pride for the first time.
Of course I was immediately drawn to her beautiful features, rich brown skin, and colorful outfit. I approached her and asked if I could photograph her and despite her surprise at the request she agreed when I told her that her face and colorful outfit would make a beautiful photo. She handed her bag to her friend and I snapped off a couple of quick portraits in the middle of the crowd because she told me she was actually in line to participate in the NO H8 ("No Hate") movement, a charitable organization whose mission is “to promote marriage, gender and human equality through education, advocacy, social media and visual protest.” You can read about it here: www.noh8campaign.com/article/about
Lucy was intrigued by the 100 Strangers project when I explained it to her and was happy to participate. She told me she is from Kenya and said that the “story” part of the project made her a bit nervous because she isn’t sure what to say about herself. I told her that was ok and that I could simply describe her as “a beautiful woman from Kenya who is shy to talk about herself.” She laughed and said “Ok. That makes it easier.”
I returned her to line (her friend was holding her place) and we agreed to meet up in a few minutes after she had registered with NO H8 so we could take a few more photos, perhaps not surrounded by the crowd. As it turned out, we lost track of one another and I never did get to take the additional photos or get her email to send her the photo. Although I considered the encounter (and the photo-taking) incomplete, I thought it was such a nice, though brief, connection that I wanted to include Lucy in my project. I accordingly cropped the frame in tight to simplify the jumbled background and here she is: Lucy from Kenya who is shy to talk about herself. Although I’m not certain, my guess is that like many at the event, Lucy may come from a country where open protest and social action are forbidden and/or dangerous. Many immigrants find it so empowering to be able to openly voice their views when they come to Canada. Having grown up with these freedoms, I can only imagine how wonderful it must feel to be able to publicly stand up for one’s beliefs here in Canada.

It came as no surprise that the one 22 plate I saw this day was 524, since whenever I see one of the 22s about it's usually this one (although I am now seeing the others more often, too). So far I've only been on one of the new batch, and yup, that was also 524!
On a grey August bank holiday Monday, it is seen on Chilwell Road, Beeston, with a 36 to the city centre.
