They say beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and particularly when it comes to art, Well I think this is crap, a big blue cockerel in Trafalgar Square to me, isn't art. It's a very popular piece though and drawers tourists and their cameras (and me...) from near by, maybe I'm not looking at it quite right.

It's been a busy couple of weeks for me on loan at Luton depot, where I have been working shuttle buses for the graduation ceremonies at the University of Bedfordshire.
The shuttles were intended to operate using four Scania OmniCity/Scania OmniLink vehicles moved down from Leicester - however multiple changes were made during the couple of weeks, which saw me borrow an Enviro200 twice!
Seen here at the University's campus at Putteridge Bury, just on the outskirts of Luton, and the location of the ceremonies, ADL Enviro200 514 waits between trips.
Putteridge Bury is set in some very serene surroundings, and you'd never know you were so close to Luton!

The new "Cherry 514" which continues along King St. to the Dufferin Gate Loop was officially launched on June 19, 2016. On Saturday June 18 from 10 a.m. till noon there was an official launch ceremony with Toronto Mayor John Tory and other city / transit officials in attendance.
