I went looking for something else today, but terns diving for fish was a fun consolation. I can say over the years I've spent countless hours watching terns fish, or waiting for terns to fish, but I can't say I ever got a head-on angle of a successful dive before. So this is completely about the symmetry - definitely not about the overcast light and blah color. Unless you like silver I guess. Forster's Tern really is coming out with a fish there, btw.
Conrail train SEPI is Southbound on the Youngstown Line at Mahoningtown, PA on April 8, 1992. The P&W unit was a surprise catch. It also looks like the train has coke on the head end. The empty field to the left was once the site of Moravia Yard. CP CASTLE and the start of double track to Rochester is just a 100 yards or so behind me.
