First shot with my "new" lens. A portion of the original negative was unexposed. Apparently, I had not completely inserted the negative holder. I decided to crop it out and then some...

a large format slide of tulip in the morning. The lens was an instrument measuring lens that had been mounted on COPAL3 shutter. I forgot carrying ND filter so the photo was taken with f4 which lost the maximum bokeh. The lens is extremely sharp even wide open.

Kodak Tri-X 320 4x5 negs processed in Kodak HC-110 1:119 for 21min in the SP-445. The line on this one were caused by my loading the film into the tank with the emulsion facing the wrong way, oops!
Toyo-View D45M, Ilford Delta 100, 12 mins Ilfotec DD-X, 4 mins TF-4. Scanned Epson 800 @ 4800 dpi. Dust removal in Lightroom.
I've been thinking about getting an Epson V800 scanner for my larger than 35mm negatives but it is really expensive so instead I tried taking a picture of the negative on a light box with the Sony A6000 and seeing what I could get. This was handheld in a room with competing lights but it's not so bad. I could improve on it a bit and it will probably be good enough for online
posting.

Was so pleased to have the opportunity to try out some more wet plate photography at McArthur's Store, Dunbar (Scotland) with Alastair Cook while he was there, in June.

Day 59
Came up to milwaukee to shoot a bunch of 4x5 film. Victoria drove all over and had a great time, by the end of the day I had shot 12 sheets of film, pretty good day.
