Norfolk Southern train 16N motors across the Rockville Bridge Thursday morning as it heads down to the fuel pad in Harrisburg. The Allentown-bound train is crossing the longest stone-arch railroad bridge in the world. Built by the Pennsylvania Railroad in the early 1900's, each of the 48 arches span 70 feet to allow four (and now, three) tracks to cross the Susquehanna River.
We offered our home and cozy sleeping quarters to our grown grandson and his friend. They went to Bonaroo every day in the month of June, this summer. And near the end of their visit with us, the friend gifted me this little fellow, but during the backpack journey home, the little guy lost a leg! No worry! I used a party hors d'oeuvre stick and cut it to fit, painting it as best I could. The little guy is as good as new!

A Sicilian classic: this sauce is spectacularly delicious poured over fish.
2 tablespoons thyme leaves (or oregano, or mint)
1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 (or 2) cloves of garlic pounded, crushed or very finely chopped
Salt to taste
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
You can also add a pinch of red chilli
In a mini food processor, combine the herb leaves, lemon juice, and salt. Pulse for 1 minute. Add the butter and process until completely smooth. With the machine on, add the olive oil in a thin, constant stream until fully incorporated.

Kay, so from the 18th - now (22nd) feb I needed to get away for a bit, have been having a shit time at home and that, so I just packed up and went and unfortunately, didnt take my camera, so from 18th - 22nd will be substitutes/cheats! SHH! I still want to carry on with my 365 and im pretty sure 5 days wont harm it :).
