Alors que le crépuscule des 36300 approche, les BB 36344 et 36345 s'offrent un passage sur la Bresse avec un joli train de boites à destination de la Roumanie. Aujourd'hui il ne reste plus qu'une demi-douzaine d'Astride en service, c'est donc quasiment un tiers du parc actif qui assure la traction de ce 47381 Perrigny - Modane.

Les 36300 auront marqué l'histoire de l'axe Dijon - Italie, maintenant il va falloir s'habituer à la monotonie des Prima.

Am 10. März 2022 ergab sich die Möglichkeit die bei der Železničná spoločnosť Slovensko zu deutsch wörtlich übersetzt Eisenbahngesellschaft Slowakei eingesetzte 383 208 mit einem Kesselzug, welcher von Großkorbetha nach Kutý als DGS 47381 verkehrte nahe Plauen zu fotografieren.

A petroleum sector all her working life she was withdrawn from service in June 1992 from Immingham Depot surviving until November 1994 when she was cutup at MC Metals in Glasgow.

BR Railfreight Petroleum Sector 47381 approaches Newton Abbot with the discharged tanks forming the 7Z14 13:15 Heathfield Distribution Terminal to Briton Ferry. In June 1989 there was a timetabled TO service from Waterston [Gulf] that was repeated as an additional service later in the week, when required and as was the case on this final Friday of that month.

The track visible on the left was the top end of the run-round loop adjacent to the freight sidings. Just visible above the first tank wagon was the loading platform for the ball clay siding of Watts Blake & Bearne.

Il treno si è appena sistemato sul raccordo credo in retrocessione, io sono arrivato lì che dal Tigrone di destra era appena sceso il PdM, in attesa dell'arrivo dei manovratori e di un D245 che lo porti all' interno dello stabilimento dopo averlo sganciato dal suo locomotore...E652.172 e 048 titolari del MRI 47381 Modane FX - Spinetta in sosta a Spinetta in una soleggiata mattina estiva...

The train was just placed on the fitting believe in relegation, I got there that the right Tigrone (tiger) had just dropped the PdM, awaiting the arrival of the handlers and a D245 that all 'internal ports of the plant after it undocked from its locomotive ... E652.172 and 048 holders of MRI47381 Modane FX - Spinetta, Spinetta in park on a sunny summer morning ...

47381 from the Cardiff Canton Petroleum fleet (CF FPEK) powers through Salisbury with 6V13 Furzebrook-Hallen Marsh LPG tanks on 22/01/90. On the left, 33044, one of several withdrawn 33's dumped here at the time.

47381 runs into Carlisle with 1S74 10:15 Euston to Stranraer. 28/2/87. The 47/3 took over this working at Hest Bank, presumably from either a failed electric or another 47.

The 6V34 08:07 Albion to Waterston discharged tanks was recorded at Bayston Hill in the care of Canton's 47381 on a Saturday morning in late June 1988.

Recorded back in May 1991, Petroleum Sector branded Class 47/3 47381 was about to pass under the Somerton Road bridge, Newport hauling the TEA tanks forming the 6B66 14:05 Llandarcy Refinery to Llanwern fuel oil service.

Viaggia a bassa velocità in vista ormai della sua méta questo convoglio con un rapporto di composizione di due carri per locomotiva....qiundi 2X2 =4 !

Ecco l' MRI 47381 Modane FX - Spinetta,ormai a ridosso del piccolo scalo alessandrino,formato dall' E652.146 in testa e dall' E652.010 inattiva più tre carri Zacns della ERMEWA e un carro Zags (sempre di ERMEWA) a chiudere il tutto.....di lì a poco inizieranno le manovre per sganciare i carri dalle due Tigri e portarli all'interno dell'impianto Solexis della Solvay.....

Recorded near Respryn Bridge, Class 47/3 47381 had charge of the 6B39 SX 09:24 St. Blazey to Severn Tunnel Junction Speedlink service.

On the 3rd January 1990 Class 47/3 no. 47381 stands at Teigngrace with the 6C30 2312 Waterston to Heathfield Gulf tanks. My notes say the train was running late due to the collapse of the Sea Wall...nothing new then!

With apologies for the poor film processing, Cardiff's 47381 in the appropriate Trainload Petroleum livery passes Witham Friary in the early evening, bound for Tavistock Junction - 12/09/88

Astrid dans l'oublie !

 

L'année 2025 aura changé plein de chose dans le ferroviaire, notamment avec les 36300 ! En effet depuis peu de temps déjà, ces belles machines on arrêté de circuler sur RFN. Une page d'histoire qui se tourne pour nos Astrid malgré leur jeune carrière ! Et voilà donc qu'en ce Vendredi 19 Septembre 2025 au Nord de Bourg-En-Bresse, a eu lieu ce convoie militaire pour la Roumanie en circulation. Et ce sont les BB 36344 & BB 36345 en UM qui ont assuré ce train de Dijon-Périgny jusqu'à Modane. Le convoie est capturés à St-Etienne-Du-Bois situé au nord de Bourg-En-Bresse.

I spent some time late afternoon early evening photographing at New Street, standing at platform 4 is Class 85 85040 with the 16:20 to Preston, it could be quite busy here on a Sunday afternoon seen here that day were : 31420/434/465. 45112.119/123/137/145. 47381/439/480/486/556/588/635. 81022. 85017/40. 86215/232/418/426. 87032. 43019/25. Canton Petroleum Sector Class 47/3 no. 47381 arrives at kingsteignton with the 6B20 Heathfield to Waterston empty tanks on the 17th September 1991. The loco would run shortly run round the train before propelling out onto the mainline.

26 July 1991

In Railfreight Petroleum livery, a work-stained 47381 was leaning into the curve as it approached Starcross with the 09.13 Fawley to Tavistock Junction tanks (6V62) on May 29th 1991.

The 47 had been built at the Brush Works at Loughborough, and was new to traffic as D1900 on September 2nd 1965. It was renumbered to 47381 in February 1974. 47381 was withdrawn from service in July 1992 and scrapped by MC Metals in November 1994.

50017, still with 50007 and 50050 in tow now have the HST prototype power car 41001 and 3 Mk3 carriages added for the run from Hotchley Hill to Leicester LIP.

 

Here, they pass Cossington in glorious sunshine on Thursday 31st March 2016. 5Z50 09.10 Hotchley Hill to Leicester TMD.

 

Nearly 32 years ago, I had 50017 for haulage past this location when it worked 1E60 13.40 Poole-Sheffield forward from New St via Leicester and Nottingham on Saturday 23rd June 1984. Quite a mixed bag of locos for I had for haulage that day in the East Midlands: 20198+20199, 37263, 40060 and 47381 along with 50017 being of note. Anybody have a spare Tardis....
