This is a really fun project you can do with just an iPhone. I took a timelapse of the sunset last night, and then I blended all the frames together, keeping the lightest pixel in each point (both done using the app iLapse). I then enhanced the colors a bit to emphasize the impressionistic look of the sunset cloud trails.
The female blackcaps take the defense of territory and / or food very seriously. I have observed their persecutions and fights many times but I have never managed to photograph the moment. But in this case there has been luck. In the roping they have been hooked a moment between them with a twig of hawthorn.
As you can see, they peck at the head with aggressiveness. Sometimes I have even observed that they challenge even thrushes and blackbirds!
Las currucas capirotadas hembra se toman muy en serio la defensa del territorio y/o del alimento. He observado sus persecuciones y peleas muchas veces pero nunca he conseguido fotografiar el momento. Pero en este caso ha habido suerte. En el escarceo se han quedado enganchadas un momento entre ellas con una ramita de espino blanco.
Como se puede observar, se picotean en la cabeza con agresividad. A veces incluso he observado que les retan incluso a los zorzales y mirlos!
