RPSI no. 461 runs around its train at M3 Parkway working the 'Spare-Link' railtour to Rosslare Harbour.

Lokomotywa 060EA oznaczona jako 461-038, pracująca dla przewoźnika Montecargo, prowadzi skład węglarek, które podjęła w stacji Bar. Pociąg przemierza malowniczy, górski szlak Virpazar - Zeta przejeżdżając w pobliżu ujścia rzeki Morača do Jeziora Szkoderskiego, którego fragment widać w tle. Jest to największe jezioro na Półwyspie Bałkańskim, 2/3 jeziora leżą w Czarnogórze, a 1/3 w Albanii. Zdjęcie wykonano z terenu miejscowego cmentarza znajdującego się na zboczu szczytu "Velji vrha".
