Our Wedding rings and my Engagement ring on "The Wedding" by Julie Rogers, an extended play, 45rpm record (liquorice pizza :)

It's no wonder people were slimmer back then. Nowadays with a playlist on a streaming service, it's possible not to move from the armchair for hours. I'm up and down like a yo yo every three or four minutes. Great exercise - great music - great memories with the box of vinyl out of the cupboard for the afternoon. All that warm and slightly crackly analogue...

One of my favourite tracks by one of my favourite bands, I have been obsessed with St Etienne for many years now. You can hear this track here.

 

For those in the younger generation, this flat black disk can be used to play music when spun at 45 rpm. As a warning though, you may find that when spun at 45 rpm your Zero does not want to stay in position...taping him down helps.
