Nadat Lineas aan het begin van het jaar de dolimetrein overnam van DB Cargo, reed er gedurende enkele maanden in het weekend een extra slag met een 186’er als tractie. Op zondag 20 januari vertrok de lege trein 3,5 uur vertraagd uit Onnen vanwege een seinstoring. Daardoor kon deze goed voor de zon worden vastgelegd in Hattemerbroek. Als trein 47627 is de 186 427 met een dertiental lege wagens onderweg naar het Belgische Hermalle.

De LTE 186 427 komt in het laatste licht terhoogte van Herwijnen langs met een graantrein richting Duitsland….

El nombre real es el de playa de Aguas Santas y está situada en la parroquia de A Devesa (Ribadeo). Cuando más se puede disfrutar del paisaje es cuando la marea está baja porqué podemos caminar por la arena entre los acantilados.
En la bajamar, a través de unas escaleras se puede bajar hasta la arena y recorrerla de un lado a otro para ver las grietas, socavones y galerías de rocas que se han ido formando con la erosión del agua.
Dependiendo de la hora del día y lo bajo o alto que esté el sol, veremos como cambian los colores y las formas tan especiales, típicas de la costa gallega del mar Cantábrico.

Fall is a great time of the year for sea gulls. They have the whole beach to themselves. I thought gull #427 (I'm sure you can spot him) was the only one watching, but after this shot I threw some crackers into the air to reward them for their patience in this collective family shot. The moment the first cracker landed, the whole flock was in the air and over my head.

WNYP OL-2 crosses the Genesee River in Belmont, NY on September 8, 2023. They were taking an Acela train set to Olean for storage. I did not want to shoot the shade side from the distant highway bridge, and the view from the county complex above is completely grown in now. I opted for a walk in angle along the river, and the sun even cooperated on what was a mostly cloudy day.
