The Tau Hammerhead, from Warhammer 40k. I'm building a Tau army myself, but I couldn't wait until I could get a Hammerhead, so I used legos, naturally.
Fully converted Warhammer 40000 Squats (Space Dwarfs) using Games Workshop and Forgeworld parts.
I started these guys in 2015, added tanks in 2017, transports in 2018, finished the Razorback options in 2019 and finally finished the full sized squads in 2020.
Obviously more for fun than being competitive, in 8th edition this is 1500 points using Rhinos or 1600 using Razorbacks (pictured).
Relic is a 40k board game in which two to four players each assume the role of a powerful hero from the Warhammer 40,000 universe and bravely venture forth to shield the Antian Sector from certain doom. By completing missions and defeating enemies, characters compete to gain rewards and experience, furthering their chance of being the first to defeat whatever evil lies beyond the Warp rift.

I really hope Flickr isn't though, so i get to keep up with everything :) Let me know if its wether blocked or not. I am on a manipping rage, so i might be posting lots of manips! use as space wolves-thunder wolf calvary. Juggernaut- legs, body, and head. Eldar support weapon platform- shield
Green stuff- horns, arms, and hammer head.
Girl friend's nail cleaning tool- hammer's stem.
The top. I intend to add some scorch marks with weathering pigments at a later date, but it's fine for now.
Front and back examples of a Sergeant, Trooper, Heavy Bolter, Flamer and Missile Launcher
The build:
These are Irondrake bodies with space marine scout arms and their bolters. A squad of 10 is a box of Irondrakes, 2 boxes of scouts plus heavy weapons and accessories.
The arms don't naturally fit that well and are a little long so some positioning and white glue (or green stuff) are required. When attaching the arms trim the top of the bodies shoulder to get a square fit. Dry fit the arm first to see where to trim.
Packs and accessories are from the space marine sprue. Dwarf iconography and the sergeants shoulder pad are from the Irondrakes box.
Heavy weapons are space marine scout heavy bolter and sniper scout missile launcher. The flamers are Imperial Guard.
Gun barrels are drilled.
Painting:
After assembly and basing, undercoat with Chaos Black.
Main body and base are a couple of coats of Dawnstone, tidy up the gun Abaddon Black.
Generously wash the armour with Agrax Earthshade and then lightly drybrush Dawnstone to mute it alittle, mainly on the head.
Packs and straps are XV88 with two careful washes of Agrax for a leathery look.
Gun barrels are either left black or painted Leadbelcher with a careful Nuln Oil wash. Don't forget the red dot above the barrel. Pick out the icons in either white or gold to taste. Heavy Bolter bullets are Bubonic Brown with a careful Agrax wash.
Arms are Warpstone Glow, carefully wash the creases with Agrax and highlight with Moot Green. I do the arms last.
Ungor Flesh and Agrax for naked arms and hands.
Finally the bases are washed with Nuln Oil and highlighted white.
