Im Abendlicht war 383 401 mit einem Containerzug aus Liefering nach Hamburg unterwegs und konnte bei Hörafing abgelichtet werden.

Wenn bei bestem Wetter ein ICE 1 durch Eddersheim kommt, dann fotografiere ich auch mal den Fernverkehr. Zu sehen ICE 928 nach Dortmund.
In touristischen Verkehren verschlägt es die verkürzten, lebensdauerverlängerten ICE1 bis nach Rügen. 401 002 bringt die Urlauber als ICE1042(Ostseebad Binz - Berlin Südkreuz) zurück in die Hauptstadt. Das letzte Stück vor Berlin nutzt der Zug dabei den nördlichen Berliner Außenring.
In tourist services, the shortened, life-extended ICE1 trains travel as far as Rügen. 401 002 brings the holidaymakers as ICE1042(Ostseebad Binz - Berlin Südkreuz) back to the german capital. For the last stretch before Berlin, the train uses the northern Berlin outer ring.
Am Aussichtspunkt in Altefähr bietet sich morgens ein wunderbarer Blick auf den Rügendamm und die Türme von Stralsund. Am 22.04.2023 sollte es das Motiv auch mal auf meine Kamera schaffen. Neben dem Regionalverkehr, betrieben durch die ODEG, verkehren Züge des Fernverkehrs von und nach Binz, welche dort entweder beginnen oder enden. Die Zu- und Abführung der Züge erfolgt durch Leerreisezüge von und nach Stralsund, wo der Fernverkehr eine Reinigungsanlage betreibt. An jenem Morgen war es Triebzug 178, welcher für den ICE 2501 (Ostseebad Binz - Berlin Südkreuz) zugeführt wurde und ist hier auf dem Rügendamm zu sehen.
