Clarica happened to be at the party, and she was more than game for grinning when I took her picture.

The #3secondrule is for you to actually #createyourlife rather than talking about it - #takeaction and #dontbeabitch •••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• I saw a tattoo the other day which resembled #startliving or #startdying...I know the guy and utilizing the definitions you find in #success #books -- he's "dying a painful death." If you get an idea #takeactionnow and don't worry about the #conformed #brainwashed #statusquo who'll do everything they can to stop you from even thinking about a "bridge." ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• Another Example: I use to lead a local #multiplesclerosis support group. I invited them the other day to @TheWellnessFair because that's the only reason why I organized it, to benefit people with #chronicillness and other #invisibleillness. This guy who doesn't have #MS deleted the invite in the Facebook group and said it's wrong for me to make money off these people...the event is FREE to attend. The kicker is this chump also has an event and charging $30 a person to attend. I called him out on it in the group and his low #mentalhealth provided me with great entertainment for a while. THE POINT: people who feel threatened by your ideas, or know they're not capable of what you do, or are just #negative wieners, will do anything to be your #roadblock to achievement. It took me and my #mastermind group a few minutes to come up with numerous ways to go straight through this self proclaimed obstacle. Once we had these new ideas, seconds later it was implemented and now hundreds of people with MS have the opportunity to make their own decision if they want to learn how to successfully live with MS the naturally #healthy way. •••••••••••••••••••••••••••• Don't allow the #wieners of life stop you from taking instantaneous action. Don't wait until you know it's safe. The only thing that is safe is going to #school getting a #JOB and working for someone else so they can live THEIR #dreamlife and you live in debt and die. #FuckThatShit take control of your life, think for yourself, and take instant direct action on the ideas only you are blessed with. •••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• The sooner you #takeactionnow the better your chances are!

Hayley sings with 3 Second Rule.

I had a hell of a time getting any decent photos with my camera, as there was so much sunlight coming in off from the side through the front windows. This is actually Haley performing. There's something about how it turned out, though, that made me want to keep it anyway.

Screen shot from the video I recorded of 3 Second Rule performing the song "My Favorite Things." The light was terrible and so the video is nearly pitch black the entire time -- except when people took flash photography. And this is a screen shot of when a flash went off.

3 Second Rule ends their set.
