This TVC for Tan Chong Holding's property The Oasis @ Mulberry opens to see an arrowana fish swimming in a huge tank situated in a large condominium unit - all in 3D. The concept was to showcase how spacious the unit was by displaying the size of the tank and the distance the arrowana must swim to reach the full length of the tank. This had to be done in 3D because it was technically impossible to train a fish to swim according to script and also cost prohibitive to build and install such a huge tank. The TVC ends with a pull out to a lavish and spacious looking apartment.

A sunny afternoon rendering, it could be called "classic series". But,having seen so many sunny renderings, normal and common, more or less you would find a bit of boring and dull,right?
Actually, except for the bright and sunny days, it says ultraviolet radiation from the sun can reach you on cloudy days. So why not considering a change? Nowadays with the competition in the architectural visualization industry being so steep, such a "classic" 3d rendering may not be enough to make you stand out from the crowd. It’s time for another series of inspirational architectural renderings to boost your desires and make a difference.
Many have tried several different approaches to distinguish themselves, one of them being a rainy, "wet look". This tends to bring a more dramatic feel to an architectural illustration and in many cases may be a good solution even for commercial works.

this is a work for an online school for DAZStudio for the theme 'Good and Evil'. I wanted to show, that we do not always know what is 'good' or what is 'evil' - sometimes things come in disguise.
The dragon, figures and horse are from DAZStudio, positioned from (by?) me. The other things are created from (by?) me in DAZStudio, textures from me and background from pics I made in Second Life.

This is a culmination of shots and stills we made during the modelling process so you will see some discrepancies as the model evolved things changed.
We have created the car for a long term project we are producing here so keep your eyes peeled for a tracked and rigged short film soon where we can make the most of our surroundings here and integrate some CG. We are pretty busy at the moment but hope to post it up soon.
The original model of the car was bought from Squir.com and the very base engine model from creative crash.
We set to work making it come alive with the typical Sketch tweaks (much more power) while trying the overall look of the car classic , functional and fast. All rendering was produced with Corona Render and a light grade and editing in After Effects and Premier pro.
