My MakerGearM2 had a filament jam. It turned out I had some old filament blocking the Bottom Filament Path. I was concerned how to heat it up to get it dislodged, but after reading this forum post (forum.makergear.com/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=1369) I compelled to take the tip of an Exacto knife and the obstruction popped right out!
