I-5 Design and Manufacture used top of the line computer software to create this interior design for the Bayview Market, located in Olympia, Washington. One of the custom décor elements that added a unique flare to the deli area was the curving overhead band, which featured dimensional letters pin-mounted to the front. The expert design team of I-5 Design and Manufacture created this conceptual design for the interior of the Bayview Market, located in Olympia, Washington. For the wine area, I-5 designed a custom timber frame overhead valance supported by wood columns with rock columns. Another décor element that was added to create warmth and add contrast to the color of the dimensional letters was the thick trim surrounding the perimeter of the lower ceiling area. This design rendering features the Produce area, which has a slightly modern feel, due to the suspended wood grids with stainless steel accents, the brushed aluminum letters reading ‘Produce’ are up-lit with LED lighting that is concealed behind the wooden raceway, and the bold artwork depicting various kinds of produce. The main colors chosen for this department were a fresh green hue that that was used on the feature wall and on the lower half of the main wall, and a light yellow which was used on the upper half of the main wall to create a soothing welcoming environment. This is one of the conceptual design sketches by I-5 Design and Manufacture for The Rock Wood Fired Pizza. The client came to I-5 with the challenge to create a look for the interior that had a microbrewery feel, combined with 60’s/70’s rock and roll themed elements such as large printed wall murals, aged brick wall treatment, custom ceiling tiles, rock formation booths, various flooring types and much more. I-5 Design and Manufacture created this conceptual design using 3D computerized technologies to model this frozen yogurt franchise. I-5 wanted to create a "natural" indoor atmosphere that drew from elements of the outdoors to complement the natural yogurt being served in a way that was exciting and energetic through design elements such as translucent wave form ceiling panels, custom wall coverings, specialty metal panels, multi-faceted suspended metal chain curtains, blended mosaic tiles and more. The Dairy department is distinguished by a large accent wall in a yellow hue, which has artistically painted dairy graphics behind the set of bold dimensional letters with brushed aluminum faces. Hanging banners with full color, high-resolution artistic artwork and decorative brushed aluminum trims are suspended from the ceiling and tie into the department signage. The overall theme was designed to symbolize an old-style market place through elements such as the brick veneer columns, metal awnings suspended by welded support brackets, wooden knee braces, vintage signage and much more. This is the themed shipwreck pirate bar at the St. Kitts Experience in the West Indies. The bar was designed with black rock formations housing “barrel” style shelving which housed LED lighting inside. Two weathered ship doors with round portholes for the windows gave the look of a pirate ship galley. Over the top of the bar is poised a weathered wood plank overhang with three large custom suspended ship lanterns giving the bar an authentic ship feel.
