Automated Build Platform assembly

Default settings with acceleration. Printed in 45 mins instead of 80+.

"Kit" is a little bit of an overstatement. The RapMan comes as a large box of marginally-sorted bolts, assorted hardware, and several laser-cut sheets of plastic, packaged straight from the laser cutter. The build manuals are available online and pretty decent, but still require a large amount of imagination, patience, and common sense.

Interior swept out a bit.
