Original mesh release and launch of Architrave in Secondlife!

From the shores of Imperial Cos' shining cities of Telnus and Selnar, these residential buildings bring a measure of old world sophistication to your building projects and cities; be they Gorean, Roman, or any Mediterranean, island, or beach aesthetic.

Each home comes in high and low prim as well as mirrored versions with four separate color options and tintable wall sections, for even further customization! Our detailed textures are designed to be enjoyed on a modern PBR capable viewer. All the doors use Kool scripts to allow for owner/group/whitelist access.

Villa C includes PBR water.

Our LI and LODs are optimized to look good in residential sims but be efficient enough for RP builds. All of our textures are carefully planned to reduce VRAM usage and keep your home lag-free!

These builds have exclusively decorated the Imperial Cos: Telnus and Selnar sims for the last two years, but some of our fans have been dying for their own copies, so we're sharing them with all of you!

This makes the second finished project in a 3D platform that I've done. I figure once I master 3D modeling (yeah right) I will try to incorporate this some how to my photography. I've got some ideas. I guess we will see if they get accomplished. So far I feel good about my progress within Cinema 4D. Earlier today confirmed this. I had a tutoring session on Maya just to get my feet wet and I think I will stick to C4D based on that experience. It seems to me that Maya is bit more complex than I'm willing to get. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers,

Aaron

Probably a toss between this color and the yellow or black/yellow color as to which one is my favorite.

Statement on the wall in bill board format and on the ground in door mat shape at solo-presentation Statements of Decay at group exhibition All Dressed Up at PAK'91 Studio's at Passerelstraat, Rotterdam in May 1993. [1]

I came up with the concept which started with the enlarged door mat. Instead of adding the text Welcome it became something else. It transformed into the text Welfare in combination with the text Buy Bye.

Now, I cannot recall yet how this came into being, but I have always kept in mind the intention. It was not so much a complain against the consumption society. More an acknowledgement that over-consumption cost us our welfare.

The statement was sort of a basic belief; the primary concept I stood for in those days. In the year 1994 I applied this concept in two other installations: In the Rotterdam Hotel in May 1994 and in the Haagsche Kunstkring, the oldest Dutch art society in The Hague, in December 1994. (see remark 1, below)

Typography design based on the architecture of zaha hadid. With this piece I focused on capturing zaha's formal language rather than reference specific buildings because i am very interested in her drawings and paintings from the eighties.
