the weather made day 3 somewhat of an emotional roller coaster. from the second half of day 2 to the first half of day 3, we were pretty much wet, cold, and frustrated. but by the second half of day 3, right when we were approaching some of the most impressive inca sites, the weather cleared and day 3 ended up being one of the more fun and rewarding days of the trip...
