Dublin Dish Full Moon - 3/6/2015
A quick share from this morning's full moon shooting. The spot is about 10 minutes driving from my home, and was done with my prefer way of full moon shooting, i.e. well planning, one single exposure, and less editing.

A little piece of timelapse to share about this shooting:
Europe, België, Vlaanderen, Gent, SMAK, Hal 3 (slightly cut).
In an architectural sense, the industrial looking Hal 3 is the most intersting part of the SMAK (Stedelijk Museum Aktuele Kunst) - an engagging and friendly contemporary art museum.
It alas wasn't in use during our visit But it was possible to admire it from a distance, as is done here.
This is number 49 of the Gent album and 244 of the Museum album.
It looks much nicer on black
Its just after 3 pm and the sun was setting in Iceland today. We only see the sun about 4 hours a day this time of year so I guess you will have to put up with alot of orange/yellow tones and sihloettes in my pics the next weekes.
Anyway I hope you enjoy some of them and once again I say THANK YOU ALL for all your nice comments and visits to my stream.

question: on October the 3rd, my options to see your comments were set "since last login". however, even there were comments, nothing was shown. has it happend so far also to you? or is someone else using my account on flickr?
The Heisler Locomotive Works built number 3 for the W.H. Eccles Lumber Company in 1915. This wood burning geared. locomotive weighs in at 42 tons and was principally used for hauling timber on the hastily built logging lines that radiated from the Sumpter Valley mainline. Restored in 1976 Number 3 is currently one of the last operated wood burning locomotives in North America.

3 eggs shot with a .22 cal pellet. Taken with a Panasonic FZ50 and a www.makezine.com/flashkit/
the pellet was shot from right to left.
On a road trip in the Ottawa valley, taken from a stop on St. Andrews county road 18.
Not sure why this film turns out so mottled. This 2nd roll was lab developed, self scanned, my first roll was home developed and self scanned, both show the same artifacts which makes me think the film was defective. I have fresh rera pan 100 for my next outing.

Yes it rained in California but for all the large dark clouds that covered our city we got very little rain. The California drought rages on!! :(
