Interstate 39 through central Wisconsin is a spectacularly scenic drive. This picture was taken on southbound I-39 between the towns of Coloma and Endeavor.
Leipzig. Bei schönstem Wetter mit Sonne und Temperaturen bis zu 13 Grad ist am Sonntag der 39. Leipzig-Marathon gestartet. Die Strecken für rund 10.000 Teilnehmer aus 75 Ländern waren zum Teil schon ab Samstagabend gesperrt. Tekalegn Tebelu Abebe aus Leipzigs Partnerstadt Addis Abeba holte sich mit einer Zeit von 2:21:53 bei den Männern den Sieg in der Gesamtwertung.
Bartosz Olszewski aus Polen liegt mit 2:25:16 auf dem zweiten Platz, gefolgt von Landsmann Jakub Szymankiewicz, der die Königsdisziplin in 2:27:00 absolvierte. Danach folgt Maik Willbrandt vom Team BMW SC DHfK mit einer Zeit von 2:27:57.
Bei den Frauen lief Juliane Meyer vom Team BMW SC DHfK die 42,195 Kilometer in 2:57:35. Katja Borggrefe von Turbine Halle startet durch zum zweiten Platz mit einer Zeit von 3:06:54. Die Österreicherin Anna Zauner schaffte es mit 3:22:03 auf den dritten Platz.

Today at college we were focusing on Macro stuff, and I tried out some filters and took pictures of peoples eyes :) Was using Manual focus so it was hard to tell if the iris was being focused on or not, but I like this one :) The bottom lashes are all thats in focus but I like it like that. I used a +2 and +4 close up filter together.

I've been wanting a pair of moccassin boots for a while now. I was scouring the internet for a cheap pair but I couldn't find anything under 50. I ended up getting a pair from Nordstrom with a gift card I had. I'm in love with them!
I'm not really sure what to say about this picture, it speaks for itself. Interpret however you like (:
--My camera makes me want to cry, rip my eyes out, and quit photography.
Instead of being able to express myself creatively, I feel trapped.
I've tried every function, mode, menu, flash on my camera.
I feel limited, held back, I don't know how to describe it in words.
I should be happy to have a camera, when some people don't even have a meal.
Photography used to be relaxing, but I always get so frustrated with my camera now, that I just want to fall over and cry.
I can get through this. I know I can.
(please no rude comments. I know I sound selfish. I just have a hard time expressing myself, and it's even harder with all the limitations of a Kodak Point & Shoot.. )
I need a DSLR ..time to get a job.

Today was good. Sewed my sisters jeans. Sewed my boyfriends jeans. School. Hung out with my boyfriend. Went for a walk with sister and my boyfriend. (not in that order.. haha :P)
