Villa Disney is a classic style and very elegant property situated in a quiet residential area of the South of Tenerife, detached from the hustle and bustle of the touristic areas; only 5 minutes drive from the main commercial centres and 10 minutes from the beaches.
The ground floor of Villa Disney offers multiple accesses to a huge terrace that offers a stunning view to the ocean and the southern coast of the island, from Palmar to Callao Salvaje, taking in Los Cristianos, Playa de las Americas and Costa Adeje, with the islands “Gomera”, “Hierro” and “Las Palmas” as a background.
At night it is a delight to watch the wonderful sunset and glittering lights of the coast.
The property is situated within an estate of 13.600 m2. The sizeable grounds offer scope to develop an equestrian area, tennis courts and even a mini golf course with still ample land to spare.
The huge terrace of 750 m2 enjoys uninterrupted stunning panoramic views of the coastline and cityscape and a 10 meters long swimming pool. It also offers multiple accesses from the living room, kitchen, dining room and master bedroom.
There is a mature garden with statues and trees, including palms, Clementine, orange and lemon plus several other exotic species. Many statues make part of the exterior decoration, among which a huge horse in its real size, as well as a mermaid that sits on a rock. The wooden pergola is a delight to enjoy a lunch, with its huge table and chairs to welcome at least ten guests. The BBQ which is situated near the pergola and the kitchen is decorated with blue and white ceramics and an artisan fresco from Valencia.
The position of the property means you can party outside disturbing the neighbours. The parking area and annexed paths have a capacity for about 40 cars.

Wanted to do something else than the typical textures pic of rocks/wood/leaves I did before; ended up with this old stairway house in a small railway station between Brussels and Mechelen.

Snow and frost on my car window, framing the snow covered trees. Lots of snow overnight, icy roads. My car was frozen shut this morning.
The Aero L-39 Albatros is a high-performance jet trainer aircraft developed in Czechoslovakia to meet requirements for a "C-39" (C for cvičný – trainer) during the 1960s to replace the L-29 Delfín as the main training aircraft.[2] It was the first of the second-generation jet trainers, and the first turbofan-powered trainer produced, and was later updated as the L-59 Super Albatros and as the L-139 (prototype L-39 with Garrett TFE731 engine).
A further development of the design, the L-159 ALCA, began production in 1997. To date, more than 2,800 L-39s have served with over 30 air forces around the world. The Albatros is the most widely used jet trainer in the world; in addition to performing basic and advanced pilot training, it has also flown combat missions in a light-attack role. Atypically, it has never received a NATO reporting name.
