A welcome relief from Erie, PA's finest, a couple of veteran SD70MAC's have a rock train well on their way north towards their destination. Just north of Forada, MN, they bask in the nice evening light.

Also of note, a newly installed "broken rail detector" stands at the ready to the left of the frame. These devices are used in dark territory for monitoring "rail break and train presence conditions"

From Muley Point with Monument Valley in the background some 30 - 40 miles away.

This Raven was a real "poser" in the parking lot at Glacier Point in Yosemite.
