This shot almost didn't happen thanks to the heat waves blowing off the train going in the opposite direction and the stiff north breeze that we have most of the afternoon blowing them right where I didn't want them to be. I just patiently waited until the train was by far enough to snap the frame.

GE 3810, an ET44C4 gets the call to lead todays Z-WSPSBD8-10L into the evening light. This shot was taken from one of those 'shoot and scoot' locations where you don't want to be hanging around very long.
