The only way you could see any of your 35mm film pictures was to D E V E L O P them, but the problem with digital pictures is that you never get around to doing that anymore. Why? Because you think viewing them on your computer is enough, but it really doesn’t give the picture justice or the chance to enjoy them. This is one of my most favourite pictures I took of my friend walking on the beaches of Oceanside, Oregon and turned myself into a picture stand. The one thing I find annoying is how expensive picture frames are! Grrr… Regardless, I hope to continue developing my pictures at not let that part of art get lost.
My patterned bedsheet and lamp lighting seem so silly after having my living room converted into a studio by Mannon Pictures for my professional maternity pictures.
My brother and his girlfriend stopped by yesterday for a visit and since I was in the mood for a game, we pulled out the deck of Phase 10 cards.
The time went quickly - lots of laughs and fun times. We ran out of time to finish the game, and nearly ran them late for church. I think Kevin was tempted to miss - but I reminded him that he's dating the minister's daughter so he best go. Besides, I was clearly losing.
Hace poco una amiga me comento que le gustaba mirar mi blog, porque gracias a el iba conociendome un poco mejor. Hoy dare una pequeña pincelada mas. Este Domingo 7 de Febrero tenia que ir a Azpeitia a hacer una foto comercial. Decidi ir por el monte y asi buscar la foto del dia para vosotros. Paré a comer algo en Vidania, un encantador pueblo de montaña entre Tolosa y Azpeitia. Y encontre esta puerta con la imagen del Sagrado Corazón. La fotografié y me acordé de la antigua puerta de la casa de mis padres, y de la imagen del Sagrazo Corazón dorado que mi ama besaba cada vez que salía de casa. Un rato mas tarde me junte en San Ignacio de Loyola, en Azpeitia con mis padres para dar un paseo y dentro de la basílica volvi a encontrarme debajo de la imagen del Sagrado Corazón (impresionante lugar) y al girar la cabeza me encontre con mi madre que me dijo en voz baja..."Te has fijado..." y yo termine su frase"...que parece que te sigue con la mirada". Asi que mi foto de hoy va dedicada a mi ama y a la imagen del Sagrado Corazón de Jesús.
