Piscine Laghetto fuori terra modelli Dolcevita. Scegli tra Diva, Rattan e Woody. Per informazioni: www.piscinelaghetto.com/piscine/piscine-fuori-terra/dolce...
film.
I can’t wait until I’m living on my own.
A little apartment in a big city somewhere.
Where I can record my songs in peace,
Without little boys wrestling in the background.
Where I can write and scribble away in my journal,
Knowing that I am the only one who can see me now.
No one to barge in when I’m pouring me heart out.
No fear of someone walking in.
I’ll decorate it vintage style.
With band posters,
Film,
And old records.
Little bird figurines,
And Buddha statues everywhere.
Old fluffy comforters,
And knobby bedframes.
Asian rugs,
Wood floors,
And plushy slippers.
All the odds and ends I collect,
Over years of rummaging through thrift stores
And yard sales.
I’d have a few cats,
Because they can lounge around with me on a lazy
Sunday morning like today.
But I’d have a dog,
One that I can take to the park,
And dress up for Halloween,
And feed a surplus amount of treats.
I’d learn to play guitar,
Or date a guy who knows how to,
So I can put music to my words.
It’d be cluttered with old photographs,
Scraps of paper,
Lyrics.
I’d have a coin jar just for traveling,
To Paris, London, and Rome.
And one for my snazzy new car,
So I wouldn’t have to walk in the rain.
And one for clothes,
And one for cameras,
And one for all the bits and pieces I need to survive.
I wouldn’t use a bank,
Because,
Really,
Who trusts them anyway?
I’d convert a room to my clothes,
And my style would be eclectic.
Any given outfit of mine would be a front page on Flickr,
Or a radar on tumblr.
Another room would go to crafts,
So I could convert my film to paintings.
And on days when I’m missing you,
I could curl up with my cats,
And create a masterpiece.
So that you would see what you passed along.
There’d be books in every nook and cranny,
Along the mantle,
Supporting the tv,
And as a makeshift bedside table.
There’d be a cute little bistro on the first floor,
Or a Chinese kitchen,
Or a thrift store.
Maybe a film developing studio,
Or a bakery,
Or even your apartment.
So we could see each other every day.
And even though you’d have your choice of women,
You’d choose me.
And we’d kiss,
But not go all the way,
Because we’re Catholics,
And we do what we’re told.
We’d have kids,
Many,
Lots,
But we’d never become the typical soccer moms and dads.
Instead,
Raising them in Manhattan,
With style,
Ease,
And culture.
Or at least a suburb within thirty minutes travel.
We’d have a great life,
And grow old together,
Starting with that little apartment in a big city somewhere.
The compost area that I started on yesterday is now complete, next allotment task is to source the timber I need to complete the new tunnel.

After the dictatorship took power in Chile, one of the first new clandestine sites to be chosen for the interrogation, torture and possible execution of detainees was an elegant nineteenth century mansion in the middle of Santiago’s CBD. Only metres from the capital’s principal thoroughfare and opposite a busy hotel, its address was Londres 38. Until 11 September, when the military seized it, Londres 38 was the headquarters of the Santiago branch of the Chilean Socialist Party. From mid-November it became the first of the Santiago post-stadium torture and extermination centres. How many detainees passed through Londres 38 is unknown, but it probably surpassed 1,000. Of these, 96 were known to have been killed, including 13 young women. The DINA called its new centre ‘Yucatán’. It closed in September 1974.

Almost SOOC, it seemed a shame to edit it as it seems a little more interesting raw. This week has been very exciting photography wise - I am in the middle of organizing 4 big shoots for this month - and I'm loving every minute of it!

Pisa it is raining today.
I wait the rain to stop, because I have to go to change my Nikon infrared remote control.
I bought it yesterday, but it doesn't work. :(

Summer holiday; Mororcco!...
Location: On a roof terrace on Plaza Uta el Hamman, Chefchouen, Morocco
Coordinates: 35°10'06.7"N 5°15'45.9"W (Google Maps)
Reason: A one-week holiday with Mehdi in Morocco. Visiting family and going on a 4 day roadtrip to Chefchouen, Tetouen and Rabat.
Chefchaouen: Chefchaouen (Arabic: شفشاون, romanized: Shafshāwan), also known as Chaouen, is a city in northwest Morocco. It is the chief town of the province of the same name and is noted for its buildings in shades of blue, for which it is nicknamed the "Blue City". Chefchaouen is situated just inland from Tangier and Tétouan.
It was founded as a military outpost shortly before the Spanish Reconquista of Granada, and its population grew quickly with Muslim and Jewish immigrants fleeing from Spain. The economy is based on a traditional agro-pastoral system with olive and fig plantations; numerous water mills for grinding grain and olives; a handicrafts sector focusing on leather, iron, textiles, and carpentry; and summer-dominated tourism.
The city of Chefchaouen is located at about 600 metres above sea level in the foothills of the Kaʻala mountain in the western part of the Rif mountain range, in northwestern Morocco. The province of Chefchaouen is among the largest in Morocco, with an area of 3,443 km2.
