Hi Dave C., for the flickr **Soul of a Photograph** group, I think the soul is dual. Inside the church people pray for their own or other's soul. Outside the windows of the church people pray to the Power Company *solely* to restore their power. Soul and sole are homophones.

For the "If These Walls Could Talk (group) I wonder if the wall would hazard a guess of what the people in the church say about the telephone pole and equipment obstructing their view from their attractive windows. Some might not care, and some might want to petition to have it relocated. The wall itself is probably resigned to being stuck with it. Maybe it is a good thing walls don't talk much, hence don't get involved in much controversy.
