25th National Disabled Veterans Winter Sports Clinic
March 27 – April 1, 2010 Snowmass Village, Colorado.
This event is the world leader in promoting rehabilitation by instructing Veterans with disabilities in adaptive Alpine and Nordic skiing, and introducing them to a number of other adaptive recreational activities and sports. For many newly injured Veterans, including many injured in Iraq and Afghanistan, the Clinic offers their first experience in winter sports and gives them the inspiration to take their rehabilitation to a higher level. First snow of the year.

I tried to keep the ISO at 100, and attempted to take a photo at f/16 with a shutter speed of 1/100s, but it proved to make the scene a bit too dark. I went down a couple of stops to f/7.1 and that resulted with a photo that I wanted to have. Still continuing to learn how to use Manual Mode in scenes that are brightly lit and as well as dimly lit.
