We spent a wonderful day in D&G and on our way home we decided to stop somewhere and to have a little break with tee and cookies. Cruggleton Old Church is during the summer times a well hidden building in the middle of a field and a cool oasis in the summer heat because it stands between mighty oaks. To get acces - just walk through the field.

An ancient stone wall surrounds it. Sadly the churchyard is a green wilderness, full of nettles, branches and bushes. A tiny footpath leads the curious visitors around the church, but there is no way in. To get access to the interior, one has to go to the nearby farm and to ask for the key.

Because we didn't want to sit in the nettles we decided to have our wonderful picnic on the stone steps of the churchyard gate. :-)

Klinische Hypnose kann ein sehr hilfreicher Weg sein, sich von Süßigkeiten zu befreien, sagt der Hypnosetherapeut und Heilpraktiker für Psychotherapie Dr. phil. Bei nicht wenigen Menschen besteht ja auch ihr Essensproblem vornehmlich darin, dass sie nicht einmal zu viel essen, sondern "das Falsche" essen, wozu in der Regel vor allem Süßigkeiten, Knabberzeug und Fastfood gehören. Dem liegt meist ein Essverhalten zugrunde, das eben nicht so sehr darin besteht, zu regelmäßigen Zeiten zu essen, sondern viel zwischendurch zu sich zu nehmen. Der tiefer liegende Grund dafür ist, dass Süßigkeiten, Fastfood und Knabbersachen eben zu einem entscheidenden Teil auch als Nervennahrung dienen, sagt der Hypnosetheraepeut Dr. phil. Elmar Basse von der Praxis für Hypnose Hamburg. Mit der Methode Willenskraft ist dagegen oft schwer anzukommen, weiß Elmar Basse. Die meisten Betroffenen dürften sich mit ihrem rationalen Verstand durchaus dessen bewusst sein, dass sie sich ungesund ernähren. Die meisten werden es wohl auch früher oder später an ihrer wachsenden Leibesfülle merken, dass sie zu viel ungesunde Nahrung zu sich nehmen (auch wenn es eine deutlich geringere Zahl von Menschen gibt, die Süßes und Fettiges essen können, ohne überhaupt oder in einem relevanten Ausmaß zuzunehmen - nicht auszuschließen ist, dass sich trotzdem früher oder später bei ihnen Folgeprobleme ihres Essverhaltens bemerkbar machen; es muss aber auch nicht notwendigerweise bei jedem einzelnen so sein). Wenn sie aber mit ihrem bewussten Verstand und ihrem bewussten Willen die Entscheidung treffen, ihre Finger von den Süßigkeiten zu lassen, sehen sie sich laut dem Hypnosetherapeuten Dr. phil. Elmar Basse zu ihrem Leidwesen damit konfrontiert, dass einerseits ihre Nerven oft sehr empfindlich sind und im Laufe der Jahre immer empfindlicher wurden und dass die Nervennahrung ihnen dazu diente, ihre innere Spannung zu regulieren, sodass, wenn diese Nervennahrung jetzt nicht mehr konsumiert wird, ein erhebliches nerventechnisches Problem auftreten kann, das sich zumeist an Symptomen wie Unruhe, Gereiztheit, Streitlust, Motivationsmängeln und Ähnlichem zu erkennen gibt. Andererseits ist es laut Elmar Basse von der Praxis für Hypnose Hamburg auch so, dass das bislang üblicherweise angewendete "Hilfsmittel" nahezu überall verfügbar ist. Fast überall findet man Süßes, Fettiges und Knabberzeug. Eine Unzahl anderer Menschen konsumiert es auch, sodass sich der Mensch, der sich davon befreien will, immer wieder damit konfrontiert sieht und infolgedessen einen permanenten Abwehrkampf führen muss. Das kann insbesondere zu Beginn noch ganz gut gehen: Am Anfang ist man oft besonders motiviert. Etwas zu beginnen setzt auch Kräfte frei. Leider müssen viele Menschen erleben, dass es nicht so bleibt und dass es im Fortlauf der Zeit auch andere, "schwächere" Tage gibt - und das hat dann oft Einfluss auf die Kraft des Willens, der zu erlahmen droht, woraufhin das frühere Essverhalten wieder Einzug zu halten droht.
