I love all my cameras especially when they are able to render what I saw well.

As my husband and I were driving to check in at the Mammoth Hot Springs Hotel, I was not expecting to encounter bison grazing along the road during a snow shower. I quickly picked up the camera and started shooting without adjusting previous camera settings and took several images of this bison ( in my excitement) at 1/30 sec exposure that created the snow streaks against the coat. A bit of a different look that I found interesting.

This image of the spiral galaxy NGC 3344, located about 20 million light-years from Earth, is a composite of images taken through seven different filters. They cover wavelengths from the ultraviolet to the optical and the near-infrared. Together they create a detailed picture of the galaxy and allow astronomers to study many different aspects of it.

My final entry from my July 1st visit. Foraging in the Bullrushes the chirpy Yellow Warbler made himself available for a short moment. Long enough to get a few frames off.
