Raj was the leader of the group that were painting murals outside their youth club. I explained the project to him and he thought it was a great idea. Once I'd finished taking his picture he drummed up volunteers from the rest of the group. Thanks Raj, hope you like the pictures.

Standing on the street corner waiting for the light to change I heard a familiar voice behind me and turned to discover it was a former client of mine I had not seen in months. He was with two friends and said, coincidentally, that my name had just come up in their conversation!
The traffic light changed, we caught up on the news as we walked, and I asked the woman if she would pose for my project. She joked that she was an expensive model at which point Brian said "I'm your guy. I'm free."
After a series of overcast days, the strong late afternoon sun was challenging me and I sensed we would not have much time for the photo so I moved Brian into an alley where there was some shade and took the photo even though the light was rather flat.
Before parting, I asked Brian to tell me something about himself and he said "I like to party a lot and to put a smile on peoples' faces." I can't help but think the smile on Brian's face in this photo has a somewhat "impish" quality which I suspect matches his personality.
Thank you Brian for being Stranger #32 for my project and for putting a smile on my face.
A technical comment: I've read that my 50mm f/1.8 lens has impressive sharpness at f/2.8 and above and so far I would agree. In this photo (and Stranger #33 to follow) I somehow accidentally bumped my setting to f/1.8 (maximum aperture) and the photos seem just a little soft. If so, I guess the test reports are right!

The lamest picture by far :/
I didn't have enough time though yesterday to take a picture..well before the sun went down. And I had a stomachache from drinking hot chocolate :( I love hot chocolate..but I can't drink it cos it makes me sick :[
Anyways, this is my new phoneee! Samsung magnet! Finallyyyy :D
and good god..I need a hair cut. at least my bangs do.

I saw Sophie sitting on a bench, with the wind tossing her hair about. The light was bright and harsh, but I just had to give it a try. It took a little convincing, and she never really seemed comfortable. She was not interested in getting a copy of the image.
Oh well, not everyone is ready for a fun experience. Thank you Sophie, for allowing me to photograph you in spite of your reservations.
