CN 327 has just passed MP 33 of the Kingston Sub as it approaches Coteau, where it will take the Valleyfield Sub and set off cars before heading south. Power is CSXT 9051 & CSXT 9027, both Dash8-44CW's.
CSXT 5283, CSXT 4231 & CN 9574 are the power on a 42-car CN 327 which is seen passing through Dorval. The snow is completely covered in ice the day after Montreal got a lot of freezing rain, now frozen on a frigid afternoon.
Leave all the rest behind

Hai presente quei borghi di montagna che sembrano usciti dalle favole dei bambini?
Le finestre delle casette in legno sono riccamente decorate con fiori che qui sembrano ancor più brillanti.
Qui trovi buon gusto, ordine e perfezione.
Passeggiando per le vie tortuose dei borghi trovi bellissime cataste di legno che sono delle vere opere d’arte. Gli orti sembrano dei giardini.
Sei a 1400 metri, qui l’aria è frizzante e pura.
Ti stupisce il silenzio, riesci a sentire in sottofondo solo qualche uccellino che canticchia e i bambini del posto che corrono liberi e felici.

CN 327 with CSXT 4693 & CSXT 3255 lead 103 cars past MP 14 of CN's Kingston Sub in Pointe-Claire. Taken with my iPhone due to a last second battery error....
CN 327 has CSXT 3337 and CSXT 728 for power as it heads through Dorval with 6 intermodal cars up front, followed by mixed freight. The older signal bridge it is passing under would be torn down and replaced by the more modern version at right about 5-6 days after I took this photo.
