Le Parc du Cinquantenaire était quasi désert en ce dimanche après-midi et ce n'est pas seulement le froid piquant qui a découragé les promeneurs : Des 3 musées qui se trouvent dans son périmètre, seul Autoworld était ouvert, gardé par la police et l'armée.

Les corneilles et les pigeons étaient plus nombreux que les quelques touristes un peu désemparés, mais dont certains ont visiblement conservé un certain entrain!

Tant qu'il y aura des vendeurs de glace et de gaufres chaudes près des Arcades du Cinquantenaire, tant que les gens s'amuseront à se faire photographier devant elles, tout espoir ne sera pas perdu au Royaume de Belgique...

Spent the afternoon dog and cat sitting for my sister and brother-in-law. Their Sonnenuntergang view is nicer than that from my house.

A little short on inspiration today... until I saw this. The wonderful light lasted about 10 minutes and then gone.

I did get to the gym this morning and my spin class but I decided to have an afternoon in as it is still really cold outside! So, planning to have a glass of wine this evening after dinner .. can't wait, but I will have to!!

Gosh it was a grey day today. Just got back from a lovely concert at Imogen's school where she played in the orchestra for the first time. Makes me very happy!!

Thirty Days of Thankfulness, Day 21: Thankful for time with family! We had Thanksgiving brunch on Wednesday because we were going camping for Thanksgiving this year. I made creme brulee french toast, and YEOW was it fattening.... LOL
