According to Google Streetview, the tree was pruned to this condition sometime between May 2019 and January 2022. I love keeping track of this kind of thing.

The building behind it was built as a carriage house circa 1904 according to its record in the GNAHRGIS database, and is presently an apartment above two garages.

This shows two-and-a-half of a lineup of five rowhouses. The GNAHRGIS database says the one at the left was built circa 1893, and the others were built circa 1898. So the 1893 record might be erroneous?

Anyway, look at the cables strung across the fronts.

In Savannah, Georgia, on December 31st, 2023, was a building at the northeast corner of Habersham Street and East 32nd Street, identified here as 1526 Habersham St, built in 1912. Per my review of Chatham County Board of Assessors property records, it appears to be a four-unit condominium nowadays.

Do you love 1840s landlords in the U.S. south?, ugh I sure don't.

Given the enormous size of his house, I worry that this landlord might have been charging abusively high rents to his tenants.

Personally I prefer the 2020 Ford Fusion to the 1842 monstrously large house. I wish the sun and shadow areas were reversed.
