I'm obsessed with getting crafty for Halloween by using things I've bought from the local dollar store. I made this accessory for our circus/sideshow Halloween theme last year with a skeleton and box purchased from a dollar store. The hat & bow tie were made using plain white paper and Sharpies, and I painted the face with paint markers.

I had to do a ghost photo for Supernatural Saturday, I mean c'mon it's a given lol.
Had this dress for a while now and never did anything with it becauseI was saver it for this location and I needed a tall model for it (Hannah). This was taken at Batsto Village in the Pine Barrens.

Supernatural Saturday was tough to find inspiration for because whenever you type in "supernatural" you just get the tv show. So finding inspiration from the show was kind of inevitable.
If you watch supernatural this image will make perfect sense to you. If not, then it'll just look like some creepy demon thing, which it pretty much is so win win.
Exorcizamus te means "We exorcise you" in latin.

I think almost everyone has had that moment where they fear the monster that lives under their bed, or in their closet. Even if you think you don't believe in monsters, you fear leaving your arm or leg hanging off the side of the bed. We fear the dark and what what can't see within it.
My bed is raised, so it made making this photo easier. Idt anyone would be able to fit under the other beds in the house.
This photo was for "Terrifying Thursday". For Thursdays I'm trying to capture scary situations and our fear. Trying to terrify the viewer.

My hubby and I drove along a rural road in western Maryland when we came upon a broken down hearse with a coffin hanging out the back. Yikes! Then we realized it's part of Halloween attraction. HAHAA! Whew! Thank goodness! :-)

"We got the guy!" the young security officer announced proudly. "He's history now."Darrien said nothing as he lowered his brown Ovation guitar to the floor ofthe dressing room. " You're sure this is the guy who was sending me all those notes?" The officer nodded. " Yes- we even found another one inside his backpack, along with some reinforced gloves and wire cutters. Dropped it as he was slipping out. We figure he was gonna sabotage your stage pyrotechnics, but got caught and bolted. Detective Ford's got the note now, he'll show it to you if-"Darrien shook his head as he lit the tip of a Salem Light. "No, not until after the concert.""I sure understand *that,*" the officer said, pacing awkwardly for a moment. "Well, I'd better get back out there."Darrien waved him out. He took a deep drag of the warm, sweet smoke as the door swung shut with a metallic click. He took another hard pull off the Salem and then stubbed it to death in the ashtray. He was free now. Every stop on this 66-city route had brought another of those mysterious notes- telling him this was his last tour ever, that he'd never play a guitar again..And now the menace was over at last, here, on the very last show of the tour. He glanced at the wall clock and realized that he was almost due on stage, where he'd open the show with his beloved trademark leap-and-windmill upstrokes on his guitar. His music was his life, and his life was his music.
And nobody - especially not some demented note-writing nutcase - could take that away from him. Darrien stood, stretched, then stooped towards the mirror and adjusted his black leather jacket. Satisfied, he left the room and made his way down the corridor. A roadie whipped the smooth leather strap of his guitar over his neck and gestured towards the stage, where Leo was already laying down the opening drumbeats. Darrien took a deep breath and began to run, As he reached the stage, he leaped- and while still in mid-air, he pressed a C chord and delivered a devastating upstroke. But the sound from the amplifiers, now booming out over the ocean of cheering fans, was *wrong: *flat, muted, clipped. It lacked his trademark sustain. Something burned and stung on the fingertips of his hand, and he realized that blood was pouring down the guitar. His fingertips seemed to have *melted* into the strings. Darrien stepped back in shock, and then collapsed.*Razor wire,* he thought. *My strings...replaced...with razor wire...*Like Vienna sausages in tomato sauce, the fingers of Darrien's hand lay motionless in a pool of blood on the stage floor. And out in the crowd, thousands were screaming.
It's Movie Monday! To start mondays off, I picked a 60's movie. One of the most iconic horror movie scenes I can think of is the classic shower scene from Psycho.
It was such a simple photo to do, which really helped with getting all the other photos I needed to get done this month.
First time taking picture with this model: Latte Pena. :)
