Chicago-based JFJ Development unveiled plans in 2015 to build a 24-story condominium building on the lot on W. Huron Street between N. Franklin and N. Orleans streets and secured a zoning change for the project the following year. The boxy structure was intended to include 71 high-end condominiums with ground-floor retail, but it never got off the ground. Finally, in 2026, a new team led by developer ZSD Corp. began construction of a 9-story residence spanning the entire lot, designed by Pappageorge Haymes Partners. The ground floor will feature two retail spaces along N. Franklin Street, a lobby with a coffee shop in the center and a series of duplex units on the western end. A small pocket park planned along N. Orleans Stret. There will also be 21 parking spaces located along the rear alley. The 310 W. Huron development includes significantly more units – 149 units – and residents will have access to lounges, coworking space, a fitness center and outdoor areas.

I gotta say again, the macro quality, contrasted against other shots from VR-310, is sure amazing. The LCD is pretty good too, allowing you a good field of view without the image "disappearing":
//Update: I no longer have the VR-310. In a nutshell, it's a fine camera for everyday, travel or vacation shooting, but lacks many controls required for more advanced photography. The build is solid, and it's easy to use. The biggest flaws are the placement of the flash, and a bit clunky macro-system.

Ran Romp&Stomp 5K with Moose. This will be his last year running the whole thing, he was struggling. Chomp with Tanya, Shari, and Mary. Headed to Elijay for Michael's 40th bday bash in a cabin. Long night.
Our first Christmas together. I never would have dreamed earlier this year I would be home - home being in the best city ever, with the love of my life, happy and looking forward to each new day yet not wanting the present to ever end.
I think he always has been the love of my life - I just didn't know it until April 2007.
I am looking forward to tomorrow, and many, many more Christmases with him and his kids and OUR family. I don't bother with his and mine anymore...to me it is all one.
I am so incredibly happy.
