Seen near a sharp U-turn in San Juan County Route 142, near Potash, Utah. The road is sometimes casually referred to as "Potash Road" or "Shafer Trail," even by residents and businesses of nearby Moab. On-line maps usually assign incorrect names to the road or get its alignment wrong. In May 2020, the Flickr map is full of mis-information.
On the second day of April, 2020, we drove north to Table Mountain to hike and observe the spring bloom of wildflowers. It was a beautiful day and the two waterfalls we passed in our walk had water runoff from the recent rains. Looking into this pond you'll find a salamander. Keep looking!
My very cute and beautiful wife.
Lit by a single Profoto A1X (@6.3) stacked with its’ wide-angle disc and the dome diffuser in a 60-inch/1.5 meter hyperbolic beauty dish soft-box (Model HB60-Silver.) I employed both, the beaded silver deflector and the internal satin baffle. I also used a front satin diffuser and the microfiber adjustable egg-crate grid.

An event as rare as a solar eclipse took place in May 2018 when an evening and Sunday service was introduced on a rural bus route. I am referring to Arriva's evening and Sunday 42S service between Selby and York on Transdev York's Drax to Selby to York 42 service. The Arriva service is funded by the Parish Transport Initiative and, perhaps unhelpfully, does not accept Transdev tickets. Having said that, bus services on the route amounted to nothing more than a couple of in-house NYCC-operated journeys for two months after Utopia ceased trading in August 2017, so the reintroduction of an evening and Sunday service as had operated under Utopia is a rare positive story as far as bus services are concerned.
One of four SR Solos at Selby depot, YD63VDF (3050) was captured this morning heading towards Kelfield with the 09:25 to York. The Arriva service operates every two hours, excluding a lunch break for the single vehicle and driver required on Sundays. This is not unchartered territory for the company as they operated the service in its entirety until October 2015.
