From the mod classics of Vespa and Lambretta to the howling and scarily narrow power bands of the Kawasaki Mach III 750 and KH 500 beside which the GT750 water-cooled Suzi (affectionately known as the 'kettle') seemed rather tame and sedate: all were blessed with rather lovely exhaust notes.
