Photos 14-18 were taken just after 7 PM on December 17th, 27 hours after the place closed for good. The roadside sign and the building sign are gone, but the "B FST 2GO" signs are still in the parking lot. I was surprised to see the parking lot this well-lit, but I'm glad the lights were on. The interior is still barely lit.

This restaurant was built in 1973 and was renovated in 2009. This is Dayton's last free-standing Denny's. Details surrounding the closure are sparse.

At this time, the only other Denny's in operation in Dayton is in the food court of Wright State University.

I found this film in my big box and wasn't sure if I already had it exposed - so I decided to give it a try and it turned out that I had had it out before. Quite magically the frames overlap by nearly exactly half a frame so that there are usually three picutere in a single frame - a kind of home-grown dyptych (tryptych?)
