193 289 ist mit dem R606(Praha hl. n. - Cheb) nach Usti nad Labem hl. n. unterwegs, da der Zug dort die Fahrtrichtung wechselt wird eine andere Lokomotive den restlichen Weg bis Cheb übernehmen. Hier rollt der Zug bereits an der Kriche von Vaňov vorbei, der Bahnhof von Usti nad Labem ist also nichtmehr fern.
