Van de ene autotrein naar de andere. Het is maar een kleine moeite op deze photostream, maar er zit wel meer dan tien jaar tijd tussen beide opnames.

Plaats van gebeuren is nog steeds lijn 35 maar toentertijd werd er meer Testelt opgezocht dan Langdorp. Aan de Demerbeemden kregen Wouter en ik op een bewolkte juli-ochtend onder andere deze 2612 aan de haak met een lading nieuwe wagens richting binnenland.

Nachdem die blaue CP 1424 IR 864 nach Porto São Bento brachte, zog CP 2612 die Garnitur samt Lok in die Abstellung. Wenige Minuten nach Abfahrt in Porto São Bento gelang ein Foto.

Mit dem IR 857 nach Valenca rollt die Lok 2612 über das Viadukt Ponte Seca bei Durrães.

Während im internationalen Personenverkehr auf der relativ frisch elektrifizierten Bahnstrecke Vigo - Porto weiterhin Dieseltriebwagen im Einsatz sind, verkehren die IR nach Valenca an der spanischen Grenze mit Knicknasen. Ein solcher Zug konnte vor einigen Wochen im schönen Hinterland Portugals festgehalten werden.
