Nikon D90 w/ 50mm f/1.8.
This is my first attempt at the Brenizer Method. The aspect ratio is 6:6 and the final lens profile is a 35mm f/1.2 lens at 25 MP. Now I fubbed on the depth of field on this one but it came out the best of the 3 images I took. This image used 39 images to create.
You can tell there are a few issues, especially when looking at the fence in the background. I'm still learning how to get proper alignment from the pano. Its a tad far away from the subject and I have some others where I was closer but I messed up and left some frames out of that group. This was also taken around dusk with awful overcast in the middle of winter... so the colors aren't so vibrant.
I definitely have some learning to do. I would love to have an 85mm f/1.4 to play with instead of this 50mm f/1.8. Anyone want to fund my purchase of one? XD

Joseph's grandmother bought me a subscription to Southern Living. I never would have pegged myself as a SL girl, but I totally am. The homes photographed are so incredibly beautiful and to my taste. It makes me so excited to settle down in Texas, refurbish an old home, build a garden, and decorate a house surrounded in light.

German and American civilian employees were honored for 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and 45 years of service to the U.S. Army at Tower Barracks in Grafenwoehr, Germany.
Ci sono state persone in questo paese che si sono fatte ammazzare per ridare dignità al popolo italiano che, grazie a loro, ha potuto avere una carta costituzionale tra le migliori al mondo anche se quasi mai applicata e diventata “vecchia” senza mai raggiungere la maturità.
Non finiremo mai di ringraziare coloro che si mobilitarono con le armi (terroristi per il Fascismo) contro la dittatura e l’occupazione nazista per regalarci la possibilità di un altro mondo possibile consapevoli che, in tanti quel mondo, non l’avrebbero né goduto né visto.
Altri uomini, come e insieme ai partigiani, sono stati messi fuori combattimento in tempi più recenti, ridotti in polvere e soprattutto all’impotenza perché inorganici, anzi dannosi al sistema che via via si è sovrapposto alla democrazia e allo stato di diritto.
Scagghiole negli ingranaggi, scassacoglioni che non avevano capito nulla circa il saper vivere e lo stare al mondo e per questo semplicemente cancellati, astutati, tolti di mezzo.
Tra questi uno per tutti: Pio La Torre, massacrato il 30 aprile del 1982 (fra 5 giorni il suo 25esimo anniversario).
Questo 62mo 25 aprile, anniversario della liberazione, ignorato dai più e ormai svuotato di significato, interesse e passione, va dedicato soprattutto a lui, partigiano combattente (terrorista per Cosa Nostra) dell’Italia cosiddetta democratica.
