even though I am not a US citizen (so i can't really vote or anything) - here's my contribution to this years coming elections.

Families with little boys fly carp streamers outside the house.
People display a set of warrior dolls inside the house.
This food is called “Chimaki”, is eaten same as “Kashiwamochi” on May 5th.
The japanese candy which wrapped the sweet rice cake with the bamboo grass.

6. Agfa FIX-Ag fixer for 7 minutes; 1:7.
7. Final rise for 10 minutes, wash film under running water..
8. Weting agent WAC, 1:200.

A few to choose from. I had an extension tube on the camera, so took some close-ups while I was out front. Our roses are in prime spring bloom right now.
Typical Saturday. Took over 150 photos from around the house. Same old stuff, but I figured I'd try and get them all uploaded the same day, unlike 6 months later like usual. Inspired by 24 hours of Flickr. Haven't decided which one I'll use for that.
