Yay im back from my backpacking trip !

it started to rain during the last night we stayed and so we woke up at 4am soaked from rain & just decided to hike in pitch black in the rain back home :)

I did a few of these on my own but trying to move the light from one side of the frame to another whilst holding my other arm perfectly still was not doing the business. A tentative ask if Lauren would lend me a hand and the job was done in super quick time.

The Mighty Mac. 5 mile bridge between Michigan's two halves. The first Mon of Sept. the south bound lanes are closed to traffic and people are allowed to walk the bridge.
I went for a walk with a friend and came home to this cute sunset. My neighbors saw me taking the picture while resting on their car and it was a bit awkward but it was worth it

Went to Oxford last weekend to see Jamie Cullum and Gregory Porter at Blenheim Palace, the following day we spent the day in town. As big Inspector Morse fans (Colin Dexter's Detective character) we couldn't believe our luck that the mans Mark 2 Jaguar was parked outside the Randolph Hotel, one of his watering holes, that actually has a bar in it named after him.
The car no longer resides in the area having been bought by someone who uses it for private hire from the North East of England.
Couldn't decide on the mono conversion or this one, so may post both :-).

29.5.2021 organizoval Spolok výhrevne Vrútky akciu k MDD s názvom "Železnica pre deti". Pri tejto príležitosti vypravili pár historických vlakov ťahaných lokomotívou 475.196 "Šľachtičná", ktorá tohto roku oslávila svoje 70. narodeniny, na trase Vrútky - Kremnica - Zvolen osobná stanica a späť. Za parným vlakom prechádzal aj, pre akcie s parnými lokomotívami klasický, požiarny vlak vedený lokomotívou 749.248.

On May 29, 2021, the "Spolok výhrevne Vrútky" organized an event for the MDD entitled "Railway for Children" (Železnica pre deti). On this occasion, a couple of historic trains pulled by locomotive 475.196 "Šľachtičná", which celebrated its 70th birthday this year, on the route Vrútky - Kremnica - Zvolen and back. Behind the steam train, for actions with steam locomotives a classic, fire train driven by a locomotive 749.248.
